At **Green Grazers Farm LLC**, we strive to provide exceptional services, including targeted grazing, goat kid rentals, and upcoming goat yoga sessions, across Oakland, Livingston, Washtenaw, and Genesee Counties. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity for our customers. By booking our services, you agree to this policy. Please contact us with any questions.

 

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered or Deposits

  • - Once a service (e.g., targeted grazing, goat kid rental, or goat yoga) has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

  • - Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable, as they reserve our time, resources, and goats for your service.

2. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booked service, you must notify us in writing greengrazersfarm@gmail.com by the following deadlines:

  • - Goat Kid Rentals and Goat Yoga: At least **48 hours** before the scheduled service start time.

  • - Targeted Grazing: At least **1 week** (7 days) before the scheduled service start date.

  • - If you cancel after these deadlines, a **25% cancellation fee** (based on the quoted service cost or deposit) will be charged to cover preparation costs.

  • - Cancellations meeting the deadlines may still result in a non-refundable deposit, as noted above.

 

3. Weather or Acts of God

We understand that severe weather (e.g., storms, flooding) or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God) may require rescheduling. In such cases:

  • - We will work with you to reschedule your service at a mutually convenient time.

  • - At our discretion, we may waive the 25% cancellation fee and/or refund your deposit to accommodate the rescheduling.

  • - If rescheduling is not possible, we will evaluate refund options on a case-by-case basis, potentially including a full or partial deposit refund.

5. Future Online Bookings
